  • Subscription status: purchase and entitlement information to unlock premium features.
  • Technical data: basic diagnostics required for app functionality and security.

How we use your data

  • Provide core logging and history features.
  • Sync your entries across devices when you use an account.
  • Generate optional insights and reports if you use premium features.
  • Operate subscriptions and confirm entitlements.
  • Maintain app security and prevent abuse.

Third-party services

  • Authentication and email delivery providers are used to sign you in and send login emails (magic links).
  • Cloud hosting and database providers are used to store and sync your data when you use an account.
  • Subscription and payment processors are used to manage subscriptions and entitlements (if you purchase premium features).
  • AI processing providers may be used to generate optional insights and reports when you request those features.

AI features

If you use optional AI features (such as insights or clinical-style summaries), information from your entries (including symptom logs and notes) may be sent to an AI processing provider to generate results. These features are optional and you can use the app without them.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, unless we are required to retain some information for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes.
